This meeting’s theme is “A Thousand Points of Blight”. We will have
presentations on thousand canker disease and the continuing efforts to
reintroduce the American Chestnut by the American Chestnut Foundation. A
moderated panel discussion on these topics will follow.

The symposium is FREE. ISA CEU’s are available for attending as well.
Can’t beat that for free!

You are encouraged to bring your own lunch. However, we will offer some
light lunch fare (sandwich fixings, fruit, veggies, drink) and will ask
for donations to offset the cost.

This is a fantastic opportunity to meet and greet and learn what other
players are doing in invasive species management.

If you would like to attend, please reply to Jack Baggett at
john.baggett at fairfaxcounty.gov with the following information:

Name:

Organization:
How many people your bringing?:
Are you interested in our lunch?:

I’ll e-mail you later to confirm if you will bring a lunch or try our
fare. I will also give you inclement weather information as well.

I hope to see you there, if you have any questions and concerns please
feel free to contact me.

Thanks
