[MAIPC] chinaberry question

I am seeing a plant with chinaberry like growth habit and fruits.  However, the leaves and flowers look like cherry or apple leaves, not like the photos I am seeing for chinaberry.  It appears to be invasive here in Berks County, PA.  What am I seeing?
