[MAIPC] Invasive Plant Proposed Regs Published!

Hi,
Today's issue of the Maryland Register contains the Maryland IPAC's
proposed regulations concerning the first six Tier-ranked invasive species,
as well new definitions, conditions under which Secretarial approval is
given for otherwise prohibited activities under the Invasive Plant
Prevention and Control law and mechanisms for listing and delisting
species.  See: http://www.dsd.state.md.us/MDR/4303.pdf  The regs begin on
page 284.  Comments are due by March 7.  Please take a look at these and
send comments!
