[MAIPC] Faith evaluates recent Senate hearing on invasive species programs

My most recent blog reports on last week's hearing before the Senate  
Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, Subcommittee on Public Lands,  
Forests, and Mining (!).  This hearing focused on S. 2240  - a bill  that seeks to 
mandate more aggressive action by federal agencies to control  invasive 
species - especialy invasive plants.  Please share with your  colleagues.
