pre-emergent Microstegium works - am I right in interpreting from Marc Imlay

Just to make it clear, the pre-emergent treatment recommended by Art Gover,
worked very well on Microstegium. The issue is massive new invasions at the
200 acres Swann Park in Charles County and 200 acres in two parks in Prince
Georges County in Maryland.
