[MAIPC] What grows after lesser celandine dies back ?

In a trial in northern Virginia in plots where celandine was killed the
stiltgrass grew much more thickly. Every plant that was intermixed did
better after the removal but because microstegium was the most abundant it
had the most dramatic increase.
