Hello, forest pest mavens,
 
my most recent blog (available at _www.cisp.us_ (http://www.cisp.us)  and 
_www.nivemnic.us_ (http://www.nivemnic.us)  ) summarizes Rep. Ryan Zinke's  
answers to several senators' questions about invasive species policy.  Good  
to get him on the record as thinking invasive species are important problems 
and  that the National Invasive Species Council has a role to play in 
coordinating  responses.
 
I also suggest questions that you might suggest to YOUR SENATORS that they  
ask USDA nominee Sonny Perdue during his confirmation process.  Please
