Genetic engineering has been attempted - it is called neonicotoids in plants, killer bees, abalone engineering in which old world and new world were mated and both became endangered - there is a very long list beginning with the first experiments on genetic engineering in WWII by the Japanese on POWs. They attempted to graft lion hearts into humans, and like all others were also dangerous and unsuccesful. Does someone actually think that because someone said Yale that there will be a moral imperative? Hardly - when the driver is coming out of the U.K. Consider the source first please.
