[MAIPC] Lake George tree has hemlock pest

Thanks for the info.  I pray they are successful as well.  The beauty of hemlock forests was not lost on the more articulate among us. Describing Acadia, a location not that far from Lake George, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's "Evangeline", starts thus: 

"This is the forest primeval. The murmuring pines and the hemlocks,
Bearded with moss, and in garments green, indistinct in the twilight,
Stand like Druids of old, with voices sad and prophetic,
Stand like harpers hoar, with beards that rest on their bosoms."

Seems like EDRR. Invasions are always context specific - and in that region detecting and removing HWA is hopefully an EDRR success. :-)
