[MAIPC] spotted lantern fly update

I heard from a reliable source, local farmer, that the spotted lantern fly has crossed I-78 in Upper Bern Township, Berks County, PA. This means that is it on the south side of Blue Mountain, which is the border between Berks and Schuylkill counties. It also means that it can now travel across the country as a hitchhiker on I-78.
