President Trump has been (quietly - secretly) rescinding laws that protect Endangered Species - under Federal Law and Act - both Plants and Animals. The Endangered Species Act is approved by Congress etc. and must be rescinded by Congress. It cannot be reprimanded, changed or modified by the President through any Executive Order or Action. The President cannot rescind any of these protections without full Congressional approval and a change in the Act.

This makes sense since this is a minor league baseball stadium where people from infested parts of the county gather to watch strange men chase a white ball while drinking something with less flavor than water. It apparently hitch-hiked to this location.
