[MAIPC] USDA Under Secretary over APHIS has Senate hearing; nears final confirmation

Dear forest pest & invasive plant mavens,
 
The Senate Committee on Agriculture recently held a confirmation hearing for Gregory Ibach, nominee for Under Secretary of Agriculture for Marketing and Regulatory Programs. This position supervises APHIS - so obviously we will be most interested in how he carried out his responsibilities!
