Hi,

Please see email below for an excellent one-day invasive plant management
workshop hosted by the Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station in
Windsor CT on Tuesday, June 12. The workshop includes training in chemical,
mechanical, and biological control as well as the use of propane torches to
heat-kill plants. Featured invasives include tree-of-heaven, mugwort,
mile-a-minute, and barberry (controlling it to reduce the risk of Lyme
disease).
