I have posted a new blog at www.cisp.us or www.nivemnic.us   ... this blog reports on a bill introduced by Vermont Representative Peter Welch that would 1) enhance APHIS' access to funds to respond to introduced pests and 2) create a program to fund long-term responses to tree-killing pests, including resistance breeding.
