Subject: Wavyleaf Basket Grass Science Fair Project

My daughter and her team were able to complete their research on the plot of
wavyleaf basket grass in Bowie and produced this poster to summarize their
findings. Their teacher insisted that they invent a "new" material, so they
wove together snake sheds. After testing several fabrics they discovered
that the snake shed fabric and leggings were the best to wear to avoid
picking up the seeds. We used a lint roller to make sure that none of the
seeds escaped during the experiment.

Thank you for your support of the project!
