[MAIPC] Id Please?

I don't think Japanese dodder has been reported further north than South
Carolina on the east coast so far (see
https://www.cabi.org/isc/datasheet/17116).  If you look at photos of it in
CA, it covers entire shrubs and trees unlike the native dodders.  Otherwise
it is hard to tell it apart from the native dodders as it sometimes doesn't
flower and can only be distinguished using DNA analysis.
