Hi, tree pest mavens.

As I promised a month or so ago, I have blogged a second time about APHIS' proposal to stop regulating movement of firewood, logs, nursery stock, and other materials that can transport emerald ash borer to new areas. I have now posted a new blog providing additional information about the various aspects of this conundrum that I think APHIS has not adequately addressed.  This blog is posted at www.cisp.us or www.nivemnic.us
I attach APHIS' FAQ document, released today. It attempts to answer some of the questions I & others have raised.
I have also updated a blog from August 2017 that describes the Missouri program to eradicate feral hogs. Continued success!
Faith
