[MAIPC] Pesticide container recycling program, Maryland

The Maryland Department of Agriculture is operating a free pesticide
container recycling program for herbicide applicators and others around the
state.

See the link below for details such as date and location.  Be sure to
triple rinse or pressure rinse the containers and remove labels and lids.
