With the severe drought in Charles County, MD, for many weeks, that ended a
few days ago, I noticed that about 75% of the stiltgrass looked dead.
Question, are the intact seeds dead too?

An infestation of M. vimineum documented in 2002 in Chapman State Park ,
Maryland, USA showed adverse impact on Myosotis macrosperma Engelm
(largeseed forget-me-not), Solidago bicolor (white goldenrod), Arisaema
dracontium (green dragon) and Nemophila aphylla (smallflower baby blue eyes)

So what is the update on the host of Bipolaris microstegii?

Is it a native we can plant. Marc Imlay
