[MAIPC] FW: rust on Japanese Stilt grass

 This is fairly common. I'm not sure if it is from all the wet weather or enhanced by the wet weather. I know that there is a pathogen or two in the Bipolaris genus that is killing Japanese stilt grass that was discovered in West Virginia.

One patch. However there wasn’t a lot of stilt grass around. I feel as though someone has been pulling it.

The patch was at the trail head of cranesville swamp off of feather rd. off of cranseville rd.

Hey Chris,

  

About how many stilt grass specimens did you find rust killing them , one , 10, 100? This makes a difference in justifying searching for host species of Bipolaris microstegii.
