[MAIPC] Invasive plants

I have harbored a similar dream as well. Sometimes the first step is
developing the idea. Some economic analysis to try to demonstrate benefits
could help a lot.

I believe that in many places we may still have viable options to do solo
removal work, with cutting English ivy on trees and pulling garlic mustard
as timely opportunities. But obviously local authorities make the rules.
