[MAIPC] update on spotted lanternfly's impact over time?

No idea about it over time, but even in urban parts of Philly, it's common
to see it on the sidewalk or people.  So with an infestation this intense
even in the sidewalk jungle, I don't imagine it petering off much if at
all.  And as for plants, so far I have seen it on tree of heaven, porcelain
berry, native eastern columbine, and my hot peppers.
