[MAIPC] Mile-a-minute seedlings

I apologize for being unclear. Unfortunately I have not yet gotten to the
point where I am removing all of the mile-a-minute well enough to prevent
berry production. I was trying to figure out if while removing garlic
mustard, I came across a patch of seedlings if it would be of benefit to
remove them.
I may need to do some playing around to see.
