[MAIPC] MAIPC webinars and business meeting

I have been publicizing the MAIPC webinars, and several people are 
interested in participating, but they want to know where they can sign up.

What sign-up application are we using? Is it ready for prime time? The 
first webinars are only ten days from now; so, we need to let people 
know right away.
