In March, the Delaware legislature expanded its list of, illegal to sell, invasive plants that will be illegal to sell by 37 plants. The bill was passed unanimously. I have sent the bill to my state Senator, Sarah Elfreth, who is interested reaching out to Delaware.
If all of our state senators and delegates to be introduced to Delaware’s new bill maybe MD legislation could be passed, toward correcting our pretty overwhelming challenge to invasives.
Best,
