[MAIPC] PA Department of Ag to consider banning Japanese barberry and Callery pear on July 15, 2021

It is great that the PA Department of Ag is considering a ban, but I am afraid that the landscape and horticulture industry will be pushing back. 

We need to tell them about beautiful native substitutes, so they don’t think of it as a threat, but an opportunity.
