[MAIPC] control strategies for Houttuynia cordata

Beth,

I have had success in removing a 180 sq. ft. *H. cordata* patch using a 2%
Garlon 3A mixture with a touch of milestone and non-ionic surfactant. I
repeated the treatment one time 3 months following initial treatment to get
the remaining sprouts.
