Registration is open for Blue Ridge PRISM's fall workshops:

Blue Ridge PRISM’s 2021 Fall Workshop Series is a blend of two virtual
sessions and an optional in-person field session:
-- Offered virtually via Zoom, the September 21 & 23 sessions will provide
a nuts and bolts introduction to invasive species identification and
control, and will include a Q&A period with the audience. One registration
gets you into both virtual sessions as well as access to the recordings.
Cost: $15
-- The in-person field sessions will be held at Charlottesville’s Azalea
Park (September 25) and at Rappahannock County Park in Washington, Virginia
(October 17).
Join PRISM’s knowledgeable staff and volunteers in the field to learn
invasive plant ID, herbicide safety, and a how-to for manual/chemical
control techniques. Participants will also receive a new edition of "Plant
Invaders of Mid-Atlantic Natural Areas."
Both field sessions will offer the same content. Space is limited.
Cost: $25 for one field workshop
