[MAIPC] Incised fumewort infestations can be really bad

I'm relatively new to the area, but its all over Philadelphia, particularly
in the Wissahickon Gorge.  As far as I know, its not really prevalent in NJ
which is a wonder because we've got every other invasive species.  Seems
like its only a matter of time..
