[MAIPC] Update on Maryland invasive plant regs?

Hi all.  As I understand it, as per SB915/HB979, by October 1, 2024 the
Secretary of Agriculture was supposed to have issued the new regs.

Would you be able to share those new regs or, if there is a delay, what the
status is?
