<div dir="ltr"><div><div>This is probably a good time to remind that here is some literature suggesting that exposure to Ailanthus may cause toxic reactions. Ailanthus contains at least one toxic compound, ailanthone. I don't have it handy, but a case was reported a few years ago of a tree-cutter who suffered cardiac problems after cutting a bunch of trees. I believe he recovered after he was taken to the hospital.
