<DIV>a friend who recently bought property on Mason's Neck has 3
questions:</DIV>
<DIV>1) why do Fairfax Co. regulations re: owners/managers of "RPAs" (is
that "resource protection areas"?) not urge the owner/manager to remove
invasive plants? Instead, they have to get a permit to remove them ... I
can understand that the County wants to control the methods used ...</DIV>
<DIV>2) Why is there no list of invasive plants on either the paperwork for
RPAs or at least on a website? And is the list restricted to
Virginia-designated noxious weeds? It should be broader!</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Finally - can any of your recommend a company for invasive plant removal
in Fairfax County (under permit)?</DIV>
