<div dir="ltr">Hello Allison,<div>Cynthia Huebner from The US Forest Service has advised me a couple of years ago that no live invasive debris should be left in the woods because it will decompose and change the chemistry of the soil. Hi Alison, interesting question. Just looking at the following abstract and<br>
its reference to "leachates" would cause me to be wary of the wood chips.<br>
But I haven't dug any deeper. Do you have the luxury of being able to try a<br>
few test plots? Perhaps remove the Lonicera debris from most of the area<br>
but chip and leave in place in smaller test subset and monitor possible<br>
