<div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000; background-color: #ffffff;">I have posted a blog at <a href="http://www.cisp.us">www.cisp.us</a> and <a href="http://www.nivemnic.us">www.nivemnic.us</a> that summarizes points made by the few organizations which commented on APHIS' proposed new regulation of Phytophthora ramorum (causal agent of sudden oak death).  I am really disappointed that so few thought the flaws in the regulation deserved comment - or, perhaps, that APHIS would pay any attention.</span></div>
