At this time of year, I’m especially looking for ripe seed collections.<o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal>We’ve developed a protocol that allows us to grow plants from seed in secured growth chambers, and have begun to examine germination and growth responses under varied environmental conditions. So far we have seeds collected from a small number of populations, and now are looking to expand this.<o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div><div><div><p class=MsoNormal>Tissue sampling is pretty straight forward, especially if the plants aren’t too wet. I can send a detailed protocol if requested.
