Or no active growth remains at this spot? Based on my experience, this is the time of year stiltgrass can begin to senesce and die rapidly (depending upon the location, rainfall, abiotic factors, etc.). I have personally seen some spots that die-off quicker than other more favorable spots in late summer/early fall, but it appears to be abiotic. However, if this dieback occurred in early summer, then that might be interesting. Could you send the GPS coordinates for this location? We can scout it next season for any potential early season dieback. <o:p></o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;color:black'><o:p> </o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;color:black'>best,<o:p></o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;color:black'>Matt<o:p></o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;color:black'><o:p> </o:p></span></p></div><div><div id=Signature><div><div><p style='background:white'><span style='color:#201F1E'>Matthew A.
