[MAIPC] Fig Buttercup/ Lesser Celandine images

I've documented early occurrences of this in Durham, NC, with one homeowner
diligently eliminating it from his property and another refusing to do
anything, virtually ensuring its eventual spread. Made a few efforts to get
it listed, in case that would help, but it's hard. It's like climate change
or Burmese pythons in the Everglades. The system needs proof that it's a
problem before they'll take action, at which point the problem is advanced.

In NJ, where it paves floodplains in spring, it's still worth monitoring
and spot spraying in watersheds where it's just starting to invade. In a
few parks, it's just starting to invade the lawns.
