[MAIPC] Stiltgrass fungus sampling? (signs/symptoms)

Not sure if this is the fungus but SOMETHING is making my stiltgrass 
sick. &^(

I have patches of yellowed leaves.  Is this the rust?  I thought it was 
dark brown spots.
