[MAIPC] Faith responds to seed breeder's call to end phytosanitary restrictions

Hi, forest pest mavens!
 
My most recent blog summarizes & counters a suggestion by a seed /  plant 
breeder that countries abandon the international phytosanitary system run  
under the IPPC and instead rely on applying new genetic techniques to breed  
plants resistant to diseases that are spread through international movement 
of  plants.
