[MAIPC] Late season invasive plant positions in DC

The National Park Service Exotic Plant Management Team expects to hire
seasonal positions for the very end of our season. These positions would
likely only run from early August through mid October. We have squad
leader GS-06

member GS-05 position
<https://www.usajobs.gov/GetJob/ViewDetails/442560900/>s. I expect to hire
one of each but could do zero or a few.
