[MAIPC] new blog focuses on threat to Pacific Coast states

Hi!
 
I have posted a new blog at _www.cisp.us_ (http://www.cisp.us)  or  
_www.nivemnic.us_ (http://www.nivemnic.us)  ; this blog focuses on the  risk to 
Pacific Coast states from introduced insects and pathogens that attack  trees.  
While the blog relies on extrapolations and estimates by  scientists, I do 
note the recent detection of a new wood-borer in  California.
 
I suggest actions people can take to counter this risk.
