Forest pest mavens,
I have posted a blog at _www.cisp.us_ (http://www.cisp.us)  and 
_www.nivemnic.us_ (http://www.nivemnic.us)  - this blog discusses collapse  of APHIS & 
USFS funding for managing emerald ash borer and researching such  issues as 
resistance breeding ... and asks whether a decision to eliminate the  APHIS 
regulatory program would undercut programs aimed at reducing firewood  
movement.
