We can leave the cut stumps for enough months for the roots to die, then
come back and have a re-planting day. Marc

When we did cut stump with 20% glyphosate, we sawed at ground level to avoid
objects for people to trip over. Re-sprouting did not occur. We applied the
herbicide immediately after sawing.
