[MAIPC] Spotted lanternfly

Hi,

Please see the Bloomberg Businessweek's article on the spotted lanternfly,
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/features/2018-10-02/america-isn-t-ready-for-the-lanternfly-invasion,
which is a bug in the family Fulgoridae (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fulgoridae). The author refers to the insect
as a moth, a fly and a bug.
