[MAIPC] Invasive Wisteria Issue

Have you asked if you could be a volunteer and cut it yourself? Wisteria
requires quite a bit of persistence typically with herbicide but it might
be possible to kill the stumps (and the thousand re-sprouts) by painstaking
and multi-year tarping.
