Hello, forest pest mavens.


 
I have posted a blog at www.cisp.us and www.nivemnic.us that summarizes points made by the few organizations which commented on APHIS' proposed new regulation of Phytophthora ramorum (causal agent of sudden oak death).  I am really disappointed that so few thought the flaws in the regulation deserved comment - or, perhaps, that APHIS would pay any attention.
