Last call for registration for the conference! Registration closes Tuesday, July 30.

This week we're highlighting Erynn Maynard-Bean, a post-doc at Penn State. Dr. Maynard-Bean's talk is titled "Leaf long and prosper? Shedding light on invasive shrubs in eastern deciduous forests of North America". She'll be talking about her research on extended leaf phenology and novel leaf phenology of invasive shrubs (see attached photo). Check out the full schedule and registration link at www.maipc.org/2019-conference<http://www.maipc.org/2019-conference>.

We are still accepting student scholarship applications. Interested students should send an email to Norris Muth at muth at juniata.edu<mailto:muth at juniata.edu>.

There are still sponsorship opportunities available. See the attached letter for details.

Thanks,
