Toni, Landscape trees in my area are noticeably heavily infested this year.
We treated 20 trees on our property 7 years ago--it lasted until last year.

Subject: [MAIPC] woolly adelgid
Hi Everyone:
Recently a landscape designer told me that she has been using hemlocks for awhile now without problems. This makes me wonder if the woolly adelgid is less of a threat these days? I have reluctantly avoided installing hemlocks, but would love to, if they had a chance of success. Any updates on the status of this problem?
Thanks for your help.
