[MAIPC] woolly adelgid

HWA is treatable with systemic insecticides and if you use the right
chemical like dinotefuran, can get several years of protection. Hemlocks
also get the elongated hemlock scale  which can be just as troublesome.  I
say you can plant hemlocks but be prepared to treat them regularly.
