[MAIPC] Garlic mustard disposal

In terms of seed dispersal, the worst case is to have tall plants with
fully ripe seeds that can pop out the pods and disperse more widely. In my
opinion, to have a limited-area ground pile of pulled plants is
considerably less conducive to dispersal, even if some viable seeds are
produced. The question of the allelopahic implications is an interesting
one that could merit research. My default assumption is, better to have the
plants out of the ground. Cheers, Steve Young
